Adding to an Existing Order
You can add to an order at any time up until the day prior to shipping. Add to your order by placing a second order and in the comments section indicate to include with a previous order (include order number). You will NOT be charged twice for shipping or Igloo coolers.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are a flat rate $45 for Fed-Ex Priority Overnight.

This now includes the prevoius charge for cooler fee/shipping supplies fee (Heat/Ice packs, bags, Styrofoam, etc..) for every shipment. Saturday delivery is available, However, there is a $30.00 surcharge to cover the extra expense in shipping/courier fees AND the shipment is not guaranteed to arrive on Saturday and may result in a loss of corals (which is not covered by our guarantee).

Shipment Address and Receiving
All shipments are sent to the FedEx location closest to the address you enter in check out. This assures that your corals will be at a temperature controlled facility until picked up by you. Package receipt requires signature, waivers not accepted. We will not guarantee your animals if you refuse delivery of your order, or it is not picked up at the FedEx facility. Please read our Policies page for more details.

Order Cancellation
If for unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel your order please notify us within 24 hours of it being placed. Credit Card and Paypal orders are subject to a 7% fee. Orders canceled later than 24 hours are subject to restocking fees of no less than 10% of a livestock order.

Other Info
All online orders will be followed up with an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive this email please call us as we may not have received your order. This automatic email simply means we have received your order. It does NOT guarantee that you have received the animals listed on the order. We do not have a data base driven system, which means we must manually mark all items sold. Due to time differences, we may not always be able to mark an item sold immediately. Also, while we are not open on the weekends or holidays, we are usually able to check our orders and emails. However, if we are not available we cannot mark items sold immediately. As soon as we can we update our site. Online orders are always followed up with an additional email from us stating that we received the order, the delivery date and when the tracking number and invoice will be emailed. We do not call with tracking numbers, these are always emailed with the invoice.

If we have a problem or concern about an item on your order, we will call you. While we do not make substitutions without speaking with you first, if we cannot reach you, we may choose to ship the order if an item is missing. If we cannot reach you by phone, we will email you. Please help us by providing more than one contact number on your order in case we need to contact you. We do not release your personal information to anyone. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns about your order. We will do our best to get back to you as early as possible on the next business day. If you need to reach us on a weekend, please leave us a message or send an email. We will do our best to contact you if possible, but please keep in mind that we are closed on the weekend and we may not be able to contact you until the next business day.
