Shipping Method
All corals are shipped via Fed-Ex Priority Overnight for delivery of corals in a timely manner. The 'Hold for pickup' option will also be employed whenever possible to further maximize survival rates. This option ships to the nearest FedEx holding facility to you rather than delivery to your shipping address and is the best option in getting your package to you in the safest and timeliest manner. The corals benefit in that they can be picked up by you earlier rather than continue to be subjected to handling and the weather elements and any delays inherent in the additional delivery effort. The best bet for maximum success is to use the "Hold for pickup" option.

All packages shipping to areas which are below 40 degrees or over 90 degrees (daytime highs) on the day of delivery MUST ship to a local FedEx staffed location for pickup or our Live Guarantee will NOT apply. FedEx hold facilities will keep the package inside where it is either warm or cool and the box will not be subject to extreme temperatures or rough handling while in transit to your door. Also, please schedule your order to arrive on days when it is not snowing or extreme heat is expected. We realize this may be inconvenient, but it is the best we can do to insure your animals arrive alive and healthy. We do not want anyone to receive dead animals due to bad weather.

Packaging
All corals are packaged in plastic bags and shipped in Igloo style coolers for maximum temperature protection. Heat and Cold packs are utilized at the appropriate times of the year. We package your corals to ensure that your corals arrive alive!!!

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are a flat $45 for Fed-Ex Priority Overnight.

This incluses all packaging material including an Igloo cooler for shipping.

Saturday delivery is available, However, there is a $30.00 surcharge to cover the extra expense in shipping/courier fees AND the shipment is not guaranteed to arrive on Saturday and may result in a loss of corals.

We will not guarantee your animals if you refuse delivery of your order, or if no one is available to receive the package or it is not picked up at the FedEx facility. Please read our Policies page for more details.
